VacBed with Head Hole

This is a new development for SlinkySkin, it enables the occupant to have his/her head protruding through the VacBed. This has some advantages over the normal VacBed as it allows a certain amount of sexplay with the occupant plus it will also allow the more claustrophobic people to use the Vac Bed.
